The following article, Georgia Officials Reveal Rudy Giuliani is Under Criminal Investigation, was first published on Flag And Cross.
As Donald Trump and his allies continue to fight figurative fires from all directions, the State of Georgia’s investigation into the former President’s 2020 election integrity advocacy is adding more fuel to the inferno.
First, it was revealed that South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham will be required to comply with a subpoena to testify before a special grand jury in the Peach State, stemming from his involvement in a phone call to local election officials in which Trump laid out his concerns regarding Georgia’s electoral security.
Now, just hours later, it has been revealed that former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani is also in the crosshairs of Georgia authorities.
Rudy Giuliani has been informed he is a target of the criminal 2020 election investigation in Fulton County, Georgia, according to one of his lawyers.
Giuliani, who served as former President Donald Trump’s private attorney, is scheduled to testify later this week, a New York Times report added. He has already been subpoenaed along with other members of Trump’s inner circle, including Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and lawyers John Eastman and Jenna Ellis, for information about efforts to challenge the 2020 election in Georgia.
Giuliani will be on the witness stand this week.
On Tuesday, a judge ordered Giuliani to appear before the Fulton County special grand jury investigating possible crimes in the 2020 election on Aug. 17. He had originally been ordered to give his testimony on Aug. 9, but Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney gave him an additional week to appear before the court after Giuliani’s lawyers argued that a recent medical operation precluded him from traveling to Georgia via plane.
The subpoena against Giuliani, a former New York City mayor, cited his December 2020 appearance before a Georgia Senate panel in which he asserted that a video proved election fraud transpired in Georgia’s State Farm Arena. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office subsequently “debunked” those claims, per the subpoena.
Giuliani spent a great deal of time traveling around the nation to promote Donald Trump’s concerns about the integrity of the 2020 election, but to no avail.

These men saw the same corrupt election evidence any American could and did see. In my opinion, Graham and the others were standing on American principles of truth and fairness under the law. The powers that be in Georgia are sweeping all of the lawless election action under the rug and trying to pin a crime on innocent people. I can only wonder what Georgia is trying its best to hide. It might be a little too late to hide anything. It has been exposed. Those bringing the suits are the ones who should be under investigation.
