Liz Cheney Makes Ugly Claims About GOP and White Supremacy

The following article, Liz Cheney Makes Ugly Claims About GOP and White Supremacy, was first published on Flag And Cross.

Liz Cheney, who has already been disowned by the Wyoming State Republican Party, has found herself on the outside looking in when it comes to the GOP.

Cheney had always been a rather staunch “never-Trumper”, but she took that ethos a step too far for many within her own party, and is caused a massive rift between she and her conservative colleagues.  Her spot on the January 6th select committee was just the icing on the cake for many

Now, after a horrific racist massacre in New York State, Cheney looks to be pointing the finger right back at the Republican Party.

Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., on Monday accused House GOP leadership of enabling white supremacy and antisemitism, which she suggested has inspired people to act upon those threats, leading to dangerous consequences.

“The House GOP leadership has enabled white nationalism, white supremacy, and anti-semitism. History has taught us that what begins with words ends in far worse. @GOP leaders must renounce and reject these views and those who hold them,” Cheney said in a tweet.

Fellow anti-MAGA Republican Adam Kinzinger took things further, naming at least one elected official by name.

On Saturday, Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, the only other Republican on the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot besides Cheney, tweeted, “@EliseStefanik pushes white replacement theory? The #3 in the house GOP. @Liz_Cheney got removed for demanding truth. @GOPLeader should be asked about this.”

Kinzinger linked to an editorial last year in The Times Union of Albany, New York, that denounced the congresswoman, saying that she was pushing the “replacement theory” in campaign ads on Facebook.

These statements will almost certainly spark a war of words between the Cheney-Kinzinger outpost and mainland GOP, and just as the 2022 midterms loom over the horizon.

Here’s what is happening in Wyoming now. There is a huge amount of money pouring into Liz’s war chest, mostly all donations from Democrats and God only knows who all else. Hageman has nowhere this amount, but she does have Trump’s endorsement. People here are saying they do not like Hafeman but will vote for her just to get rid of Liz. The sneaky part of thus many WY Dems are changing to Republican so they can vote for Liz, then changing back to Democrat. This is legal under Wyoming law.

Oh Lizzy, I will continue to be Proud of myself, my Race, and my Activities no matter how much it insults your sensibilities! I fail to see your point that all Races except whites have a Right to be Proud and Aggressive about their Rights and needs, just not whites! Somehow you think that a White person being just as Proud as anyone else is a Threat to other Races! Maybe you are in need of a Consult with your Doctor!
