Virginia Official Tells Parents it is a Felony for Kids to Go Unmasked in School

The following article, Virginia Official Tells Parents it is a Felony for Kids to Go Unmasked in School, was first published on .

A Loudon County, Virginia, assistant principal was caught on video outrageously and falsely telling parents that it is a felony for kids to go unmasked in school.

The official can be heard making this false proclamation in call with parents. She claimed that dropping kids off at school or telling them to take off their mask in school is a trespassing offense, which is a Class I felony in Virginia punishable by a jail sentence of one year and a $2,500 fine.

“Until you arrive, your children will be held in an in-school restriction situation here at school…It is important that I point out to you that they are not allowed on campus or allowed on Loudon County public school property. Starting tomorrow, it will be considered trespassing, so it is important that I make that statement to you,” she was heard saying.

The Loudon County schools are already treating kids like criminals with their draconian COVID policies in contravention to orders from the state’s new gov. Glenn Youngkin.

Kids are having their educations interrupted for weeks of detention if they dare take off their useless masks.

State officials, though, are beginning to weigh taking action against these un-American schools.

These schools need to be defunded and all these un-American officials need to be fired.

Still, it isn’t likely that these leftist school officials have any right to invent their own felonies.
