President Obama took a shot at Joe Biden’s open borders policy calling the mess at the border “heartbreaking” and ultimately “unsustainable.”
Speaking on Tuesday to ABC’s “Good Morning America,” Obama lamented the chaos on the border.
“Immigration is tough. It always has been because, on the one hand, I think we are naturally a people that wants to help others. And we see tragedy and hardship and families that are desperately trying to get here so that their kids are safe, and they’re in some cases fleeing violence or catastrophe,” the former president said.
Obama famously advocated for policies that were essentially attempts to institute open borders.
Still, Obama has finally realized that a truly open border is the death knell to the USA.
“At the same time, we’re a nation-state. We have borders. The idea that we can just have open borders is something that … as a practical matter, is unsustainable,” Obama added.
Obama also worried about the growing mess on the border, calling the situation on Del Rio, Texas, “heartbreaking” and “a painful reminder that we don’t have this right yet and we’ve got more work to do.”
Still, contrary to the obvious facts on the ground, Obama tried to put a sunny face on Joe Biden’s massive failures on the border.
“As big-hearted as he is, nobody understands that better than Joe Biden,” he exclaimed. “And the question is now: Are we gonna get serious about dealing with this problem in a systemic way, as opposed to these one-offs where we’re constantly reacting to emergencies? And I think that that’s something that every American should wanna put an end to.”
Obama is clearly trying to distance himself from Biden’s massive failures on the border.

Never trust what Obama says! Instead, look at what Obama does.
It appears Obama has forgotten he also had an open borer policy. He even had the Obama Children’s Crusade named after him. Much of what is happening today could never have taken place if Obama had never been President. He played a huge part in the plan to weaken and destroy the US using any and all means possible.
Obama is realizing that we see through him, and trying to cover for his own failures! He has always been a “blame the other guy” man! Typical of a Muslim. I would like to know how and who is going to support all of these Haitians? We’ve lost lots of companies, due to the covid and there are less jobs for Americans, where will they work? Biden needs his back-end kicked along with Obama’s! They’re buddies in this and lying about it!
It was you Obama, working with the United Nations, who sent recruitment Teams into Mexico, Central, and South America to get people to come here with the Promise that they would receive all the Welfare handouts usually reserve for citizens!
