The following article, ROCKED ON THE RADIO: Roger Stone Gets Served, Live, On-The-Air, was first published on Flag And Cross.
There is little doubt that Roger Stone is a showman. He is a man who understands the importance of managing the imagery. He’s an optics-ometrist whose work is often overshadowed by just who it’s for.
Roger Stone also really likes it when things go his way. He’s uninterested with with spontaneity and chaos, while cultivating in outward appearance of pure disaster in order to keep his political enemies off-guard.
And, in recognizing this facet of the public character we know as Roger Stone, one law firm fired a stunning shot right into the heart of the political provocateur’s ego.
Conservative lobbyist and prominent Trump ally Roger Stone was apparently served with a lawsuit live on air during a radio interview Wednesday.
Stone appeared to have been served with the lawsuit while speaking on “Tomorrow’s News Today with Joe Hoft & Kell Brazil.”
Stone was in the middle of weighing in on whether former President Trump should run for office again in 2024 when he interrupted himself saying, “Hold on a second, I have a process server at my front door about to serve me in the latest lawsuit.”
But, in typical Stone fashion, he was not to be seen alarmed.
He could be heard telling the process server, “It’s still a fraud, doesn’t matter.”
Once he had received the suit, Stone said to Hoft and Brazil, “This is a big, big stack of papers, which is good because we’re out of toilet paper today.”
Audio of the incident was trending on Twitter on Thursday.
