If there was any doubt that the Biden administration wanted to have a tighter grip on the way our nation operates, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki just shredded it.

At a Tuesday presser, the often-terse Psaki responded to a question about the way in which Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is handling the coronavirus virus, and did so with an authoritarian aplomb not seen on Pennsylvania Avenue in some time.

The moment had Twitter users raving.

The comment seems to show little regard for the concept of states’ rights, which is something that our nation has worked long and hard to preserve through previous administrations.

Hey…Jen? Yeah, the adults in this country are trying to preserve freedom, our national sovereignty, and our way of life.

Biden doesn’t care about states rights. He didn’t care for them in 1840 and he doesn’t care about them 181 years later. The war of northern aggression was decades in coming. It was not about slavery, no matter what the news says. Lincoln himself never added slavery into the mix until the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863, which was a big recruiting ad for hiring blacks into the army.
