The following article, Girl Accuses Virginia School of Endangering Students by Allowing Boys to Use Girls Locker Rooms, was first published on Flag And Cross.
A 14-year-old girl spoke her outrage when a Virginia school board moved to allow teen boys who claim to be transgender girls use the girls bathrooms and locker rooms in school.
Student Jolene Grover spoke at the Loudoun County Public School board’s meeting on Tuesday to address the district’s proposed policy 8350, the Daily Mail reported.
The now homeschooled teen made her speech before the school board, though she admitted that her mother was so disgusted with the board’s recent decisions that she pulled the girl from school.
Grover noted that the board members had gone back on a promise keep restrooms and locker rooms gender specific and not allow transgenders to choose their own facilities.
“Two years ago, I was told policy 1040 was just an umbrella philosophy and you weren’t going to allow boys into the girls’ locker rooms. But here you are doing just that,’ Grover said while wearing a shirt that read ‘Woman is female,” Grover told the board.
“Everyone knows what a boy is – even you. Your proposed policies are dangerous and rooted in sexism. When woke kids ask me if I was a lesbian or a trans boy because I cut my hair short, it should tell you these modern identities are superficial,” she continued.
She alleged that boys were so brazen in school that they openly read porn and teachers do nothing.
“You want to give them access to girls’ locker rooms and you want to force girls to call those boys ‘she,'” the teen said added.
“You do this in the name of inclusivity while ignoring the girls who will pay the price. Your policies choose boys’ wants over girls’ needs,” she said.
The teen’s comments come after gym teacher Byron Tanner Cross was fired by the district last month for speaking out at a school board meeting against the school’s new gender policies.
Fortunately, a judge stopped the district from firing the teacher.
Grover added that she was afraid that girls all across America will begin being harassed with policies like these.
