The following article, White House Press Secretary Reveals Trump Will Be ‘Cleared’ To Resume Public Activity On Saturday, was first published on Flag And Cross.
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany stated that President Trump, who is currently still recovering from the coronavirus, is set to be “cleared to go” and resume public activity this weekened.
During a Friday morning interview on “Fox & Friends,” McEnany stated that Dr. Sean Conley, the physician attending to the president, will “lay out exactly how that looks medically speaking” then reiterated that Trump will be cleared on Saturday.
“I’ll leave it to Dr. Conley because he has all the granular details of the testing and as to what medical bar needs to be met to show that you’re not transmissible, but yes,” McEnany said. “There will be a test in place, and rest assured, that test will show that it’s not transmissible. He won’t be out there if he could transmit the virus.”
McEnany also rejected claims from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi that a commission needs to be established to evaluate Trump’s capacity to fulfill the functions of his office and holding a press conference Friday about the 25th Amendment.
“That’s an absurd proposition from Nancy Pelosi. The only one who needs to be looking at the 25th Amendment is Nancy Pelosi herself,” McEnany said. “Maybe she’s projecting here because the 25th Amendment — no reason for it to be considered with regard to the president of the United States. But maybe for Nancy Pelosi herself.”
President Trump has proven that even for folks in the high-risk category, this illness does not have to be a death sentence. That’s a message the left doesn’t want to get out because it provides hope in a time of despair, but nonetheless, it’s out there.
Hopefully, the president will make a full recovery and be able to serve the people of this great nation and earn another four years in office to continue restoring our country to greatness.
