The following article, Flashback: Ocasio-Cortez Believes the ‘World Is Going to End In 12 Years’ [Watch], was first published on Flag And Cross.
Millennials need to come together to apologize for New York Democrat Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The Congresswoman knows so very little of which she speaks. It might be funny if it wasn’t so aggravating.
During a speaking event, AOC said the world will stop spinning in 12 years if drastic action isn’t taken on climate change.
Those words actually came from her lips.

After years of searching, there is still zero evidence the Trump campaign colluded with Russia. That’s not exactly a surprise to Trump supporters.
Collusion, however, seems to take place on the other side of the political aisle on a relatively frequent basis.
The latest example?
Ocasio-Cortez and Twitter.
Twitter is colluding with Democrats in Congress to ensure they’re using the social media platform as effectively as possible.
From USA Today:
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez dances outside her office, solicits Instant Pot recipes and gets into fights on Twitter. Soon you may see other Democrats taking a page from her social media playbook.
The House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee is hosting a session Thursday morning with Ocasio-Cortez of New York (@AOC – 2.42 million followers) and Rep. Jim Himes of Connecticut (@jahimes – 76,500 followers) “on the most effective ways to engage constituents on Twitter and the importance of digital storytelling.” …
The decision to invite Ocasio-Cortez, a House freshman, to share her expertise signals the Democratic party’s attempt to bring in fresh voices – even when those voices don’t always agree with leadership.
Well, isn’t that swell? People certainly need to learn more about socialist policies from a 29-year-old genius, huh?
Here’s a couple tweets from Dems who are “learning” AOC’s way…

Republican Congressman Steve Scalise (LA) was nearly murdered by deranged left-wing activist James Hodgkinson in June 2017.
If a Democrat representative had been shot in the Trump era, we’d be talking about it to this day.
Scalise sent a tweet calling out Ocasio-Cortez for wanting to raise taxes to 70%.
Republicans: Let Americans keep more of their own hard-earned money
Democrats: Take away 70% of your income and give it to leftist fantasy programs https://t.co/NxJPSCqvrt
— Steve Scalise (@SteveScalise) January 5, 2019
You’re the GOP Minority Whip. How do you not know how marginal tax rates work?
Oh that’s right, almost forgot: GOP works for the corporate CEOs showering themselves in multi-millionbonuses; not the actual working people whose wages + healthcare they’re ripping off for profit. https://t.co/R1YIng2Ok1
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) January 6, 2019
Scalise sent another tweet that combined some responses from AOC’s “radical” supporters:

Her supporters showed their true colors…
James Hodgkinson's only real crime was his lousy aim.
— Speedoo, But My Real Name Is Mister Earl (@Roused_Rebel) February 21, 2018
If only James T. Hodgkinson had better aim

Now, I would NEVER say it was a shame that James Hodgkinson didn't have better aim. That would just be a terrible thing to say. That being said…………………

such a shame his dick and balls exploded into a fine pink mist for nothing. double shame james hodgkinson didn't aim higher

There’s a lot Ocasio-Cortez still has to learn, especially about America.
Check out this message she sent, implying that she, herself, is an “American Revolutionary.”

If you can’t make it out, it reads…
The world the British colonists inherited was ruled by kings, hereditary aristocrats, and wealthy gentlemen. But in the year 1776, Americans decided to change that world. They would do without a king or aristocrats. They would create a new government based solely on “the people.”
But who would really count as “the people,” and how would it all work? Should wealthy and educated gentlemen still dominate the government? Should a new, representative form of government truly represent the interests and views of common men and women? How should those people participate to make their voices heard?
Wait until you hear about their perspective on limited government and individual rights! https://t.co/MytPtz2jFr

Was this before or after they created the 3 chambers of government? https://t.co/lOZRYyq9z5

You do realize that the ideology you promote is almost directly in line with that of the French Revolution and contrary to that of the American revolution
— Huge Merk (@TheHugeMerk) November 29, 2018
You must not k ow history. The revolution was about taxation. The policies you want to enact will place crippling taxes on us all.

When people look back 50 years from now are they going to say George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Barack Obama, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez were all crucial to America’s development over the centuries?
Just two of those people will be credited, the other two forgotten.
