The following article, CNBC Editor Suggests All Americans Should Contract Coronavirus to Stabilize the Economy, was first published on Flag And Cross.
Let’s just file this one under: HUH? The way some people think, I tell ya. It should almost be criminal. Check this out, via Washington Examiner:
CNBC editor Rick Santelli apologized after suggesting every person in the United States should be infected with coronavirus in order to stabilize the economy.
Santelli floated the theory during Thursday’s broadcast of The Exchange while speaking about the effect the outbreak has on the global economy and apologized a day later.
A little over a decade ago, Santelli was arrested by the Environmental Protection Agency. No Joke.
CNBC reporter Rick Santelli, whose passionate rant about the Obama housing rescue plan, and call for a “Chicago Tea Party” became a viral internet video, was arrested today by armed officers from the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) covert special forces division.
Held without bail at an undisclosed “brownfield site”, Santelli faces several counts of reckless endangerment of wildlife habitat after he threatened to rally capitalists to dump “derivative securities” into Lake Michigan as a way of re-enacting the Boston Tea-Party protest of 1773.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) made it clear that Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) held up Coronavirus funding so Democrats could attack President Trump and Republicans in Super Tuesday ads.
What a scam—Speaker Pelosi held up the vote on coronavirus funding so that her campaign team could run ads against Republicans for Super Tuesday.

With just one tweet, AOC showed the entire nation why she has no business serving in Congress.
Truly stunning to hear some Republicans advocate for free Coronavirus testing and treatment for the uninsured.
Rep. Ted Yoho (R-Fla.), one of the most anti-ACA members:
“You can look at it as socialized medicine, but in the face of an outbreak, a pandemic, what’s your options?”

It’s great to see Republicans understand this crisis & advocate for socialized medicine.
No one should be charged for getting tested for Coronavirus, & no one should be charged for getting treated.
This applies to pandemics and it should apply to any condition or care you need. https://t.co/bpwvIj5sL0
