The following article, WATCH: GOP Rep. Drops the Hammer, ‘That Sounds An Awful Lot Like A Coup & It Could Well Be Treason’, was first published on Flag And Cross.
Congresswoman Liz Cheney has been making more headlines than any politician from Wyoming in a little while.
She tore into radical freshman Democrats Ilhan Omar and Bernie Sanders, which you can see below.
Now, on ABC, Cheney made a big proclamation concerning potential treason from Lisa Page and Peter Strzok.
Sen. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo,, on Sunday said Attorney General William Barr’s investigation of the origins of the FBI’s Russia probe must look at conversations that sound “an awful lot like a coup” and “could well be treason.”
In an interview on ABC News’ “This Week,” Cheney pointed to texts exchanged by former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page that criticized President Donald Trump.
Cheney noted, “When you have people that are in the highest echelons of the law enforcement of this nation saying things like that sounds an awful lot like a coup and it could well be treason and I think that we need to know more.”
Rep. Liz Cheney: "We had people that are at the highest levels of our law enforcement … saying that they were going to stop a duly elected president of the United States."

Rookie lawmaker Ilhan Omar should know better at this point than to say silly things.
She hasn’t learned, though. She’s still at it.
One of her latest barbs was aimed at Cheney, daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney.
It all started when Liz made a comment about Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Rep. Liz Cheney: “Clearly what the Democrats in the Judiciary Committee are doing is undermining our democracy and helping Vladimir Putin.”

Enter Omar, who accused Cheney of lying:
Liz Cheney is accusing a committee investigating Russian election interference of…helping Vladimir Putin.
This is an impressive lie even for the Cheney family.
🤦🏽♀️ Liz Cheney is accusing a committee investigating Russian election interference of…helping Vladimir Putin.

Cheney fired back like her life depended on it:
No surprise @IlhanMN, an anti-Semitic Socialist who slanders US troops and carries water for Hamas and Maduro, doesn’t recognize the truth when she hears it.

WOW! Liz goes hard!
Democrat Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders went after Cheney not long ago.
Liz wasn’t scared.
She fired back guns blazing.
Rep. Liz Cheney, daughter of Dick Cheney, yesterday attacked "the fraud of socialism." Really? I wasn't aware that it was "socialism" that lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and got us into a horrific war that we should never have started.
— Bernie Sanders (@SenSanders) January 4, 2019
Yes, @SenSanders, son of Eli Sanders, socialism is a fraud. It steals power from the people & gives it to the government, crushes human freedom & initiative & devastates economies (ask the Venezuelans). BTW – Your Dick Cheney history is as defective as your economic policy. 🇺🇸 https://t.co/8xjOVE3Tpu

From Daily Caller:
Rodolphe “Skip” Vallee, the CEO of St. Albans-based gasoline distributor and retailer R.L. Vallee, is alleging that Sanders and his senior press adviser, Daniel McLean, conspired against the business owner by drumming up a class-action lawsuit, according to federal court documents.
Vallee, who owns more than 45 gas stations in and around Vermont, produced an anti-Sanders television advertisement that aired locally in September 2014. The advertisement criticized Sanders for lambasting “the rich” over receiving tax breaks and golden parachutes, while his wife Jane Sanders received a $200,000 golden parachute after her involvement in a land deal helped to bankrupt Burlington College while she was president.
