WATCH: Ilhan Omar Encourages Muslim Crowd to ‘Raise Hell, Make People Uncomfortable’

Freshman Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar has raised plenty of hell on her own.

Her anti-Israel leanings are abundantly clear.

Now, Omar has encouraged Muslims to “raise hell” and “make people uncomfortable.” And no, that’s not a typo.

She actually said that.

From The Blaze:

Controversial freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) encouraged some 400 Los Angeles-area Muslims Saturday to “raise hell” and stand defiant in the face of what she characterized as rampant discrimination against the Muslim community.

Omar’s comments came during a fundraising event for the Los Angeles chapter of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations. She was one of several keynote speakers.

Omar said, “I say raise hell, make people uncomfortable. Because here’s the truth. For far too long, we have lived with the discomfort of living as second class citizens, and frankly I’m tired of it and every single Muslim in this country should be tired of it.

WATCH:

Omar then targeted President Trump:

Ilhan could also care less about what pro-Israel protesters have to say.

WATCH:

South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn is one of the top Democrats in the House.

He literally just insulted all Jewish Americans in one swoop in order to defend Omar, the freshman lawmaker with the wildly anti-Semitic history.

Why do this?

Who knows?

Here are the details…

From The Hill:

Clyburn came to Omar’s defense Wednesday, lamenting that many of the media reports surrounding the recent controversy have omitted mentioning that Omar, who was born in Somalia, had to flee the country to escape violence and spent four years in a Kenyan refugee camp before coming to the United States.

Her experience, Clyburn argued, is much more empirical — and powerful — than that of people who are generations removed from the Holocaust, Japanese internment camps during World War II and the other violent episodes that have marked history.

Clyburn: “I’m serious about that. There are people who tell me, ‘Well, my parents are Holocaust survivors.’ ‘My parents did this.’ It’s more personal with her. I’ve talked to her, and I can tell you she is living through a lot of pain.

Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley was not thrilled with Clyburn:

So very disappointed in Mr. Clyburn’s comments. Many of us have felt pain as a minority. All groups have painful pasts. Please don’t suddenly make one minority group’s pain more justified or personal than another’s. #SouthCarolinaDoesNotThinkThisWay
