My goodness, who is cutting onions in here? I can’t handle this!
Every parent knows how special it is when new life is welcomed into the world, and many mothers can only imagine how hard it is to do so without their partner present.
But many military wives know very well what it’s like to brave childbirth while their husband is deployed overseas, and many of our troops also know the gut-wrenching heartache of being halfway around the world when a new child comes along.
All these emotions seem to burst out in one single viral video of an ARMY soldier surprising his wife after she’s just given birth to twin baby girls.
Fox News Insider has the story:
A heartwarming video shows a U.S. Army soldier surprising his wife at the hospital after she gave birth to twin girls.
Staff Sergeant Skyler Cooper was serving in Kuwait with the Kansas National Guard when his wife, Cydney, gave birth to twins Emma and Kyla on Jan. 24 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas.
While he wasn’t able to be present for the birth, Skyler was able to make it back stateside about two weeks later. But he didn’t tell Cydney…
Again, I am going to have to advise you to have tissues present. This one will get ya.

Now please excuse me, I must figure out who is chopping those onions!
